Design research for Julius Blum GmbH . My focus is on identifying potential for furniture fittings applications, taking megatrends and user needs into account, and developing concepts for new products.
Since 2022, my area of responsibility has increasingly focused on the transfer of insights into the area of (product) communication.

To set up an in-house furniture design department, I was commissioned by Caamano Asia to provide consultation on corporate design, design research and the interface to production.
​
Assigned as a lecturer in the Sustainable Furniture Design department, founded by the Belgian designer Dirk Waynants (Extremis.com) for the DeTao Institute of the Shanghai Institute of Visual Arts. These were practice-oriented semester projects in collaboration with the companies Falisys and Letright as well as production techniques and storytelling

Co-Founder of JoMo Design Table collection for appearance at the Design Shanghai 2016 design fair. Table tops made of “heritage wood” from Shanghai's dwindling, old city districts to preserve a small piece of Shanghai's history
